1. Quality control management mechanism

Our company has established a three-dimensional quality management system through the establishment of production department, administration department, research and development department, sales department and application service department.
Our company has formulated a series of product quality control systems such as "Product Quality Management System" and a number of product quality testing standards, following the strict quality management policy, through the monitoring and measurement of the system, the implementation of procurement control, process and process standardization, sales and service quality improvement, equipment and production environment improvement and other measures to provide customers with high-quality products.

2. Specific measures for quality control

(1) Process management From the beginning of the procurement process, our company has established a procurement management system and supplier evaluation system to strictly control the quality of raw materials.
The procurement department, the technical department, the testing department and the production department carry out a comprehensive quality assessment of the suppliers, and the qualified suppliers will be included in the Qualified Suppliers List.
After the raw materials enter the factory, the warehouse management personnel will carry out on-site verification, and then notify the inspection personnel to sample and test, and then handle the relevant warehousing procedures after passing the test;

(2) Product quality testing and analysis
